Erin Hindel, RYT-200
Erin Hindel is a yoga therapist, bodywork practitioner, and integrates holistic techniques that encompass the mind, body, and spirit into her practice. Erin is passionate about working with many diverse populations to include cancer survivors, drug and alcohol recovery, children with special needs, and those whom have suffered from trauma. She currently holds certificates in trauma-sensitive yoga, Thai yoga massage, restorative yoga, Reiki, and is an iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher-in-training. She is also nearly complete with her 500-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga On High specializing in yoga therapy and trauma sensitive yoga.
Erin's teaching taps into a somatic or a direct body-felt experience in which the student is able to release stored trauma, and experience wholeness from within the mind-body; re-pattering, and rewiring the nervous system that invites the student to feel more at home within their body. Erin helps the student to skillfully build a solid foundation of resiliency; the ability to bounce back in difficult situations by drawing on their inner reserves of calm, clarity, compassion, and courage. She celebrates freedom from shame in mind, body, and spirit by retrieving a person's inherent wholeness through the art of self-love, and through the use of self-care practices.
