Jessie Andrade, RYT-200
Jessie has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. She describes yoga as a constant journey deep within, to help achieve a balance of mind, body and spirit. Jessie believes that practicing yoga can enable deeper states of concentration, opening new mental and physical paths that can bring awareness of one’s strengths and abilities. She also discovered yoga as a tool for breaking bad habits and overcoming obstacles, and integrates her practice as part of her creative process as a designer and photographer.
Jessie’s transformational experience prompted her to become a teacher, to share yoga’s gift with others. She graduated from the Yoga On High Teacher Training and Ayurveda Institute, specializing in Vinyasa Yoga and Sekoia™. Her classes are designed to cultivate mindfulness, nurturing a sense of wellbeing, while finding deeper connections to mind and body. She approaches yoga as an art form, weaving in the senses through the use music, candlelight, aromatherapy and slow Vinyasa flows.
