Rebecca Gaines, is an independently licensed practicing clinical counselor. She received her Bachelors of Arts from DePauw University with a major in Psychology. She went on to serve as a Graduate Assistant at DePauw working in the counseling center and athletic department, while completing a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Indiana State University. She has returned to Columbus, Ohio after 5 years working and studying on the east coast.
Rebecca specializes in assessing and treating ADHD, assessing and treating Eating Disorders for athletes, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and traumatic disorders. She is also a certified provider for Dialectical Behavior Therapy treatment and is trained in EMDR therapy. Her history as a two sport collegiate athlete, previous work history in a college environment, substance abuse center, and a private outpatient center, add to her most important quality that is compassion.
