Advanced Trauma & Reprocessing Protocols
|
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy
EMDR reprocesses past traumas, stressors, and other significant life events that still hold power in the present by means of beliefs and emotions, so you can find your best self. By utilizing bilateral stimulation (such as side-to-side eye movements or gentle tapping), EMDR helps your brain naturally process unresolved experiences, taking the emotional "sting" out of past hurts so you can move forward with peace. EMDR Therapy Intensives Traditional sixty-minute sessions can be limited in that by the time you are in touch with the unresolved past issues, it is time to wrap up a session. EMDR intensive sessions bypass these limits, allowing the opportunity to progress through the core memories associated with present-day problems in a more succinct and comprehensive way. Longer sessions allow for more time and space to resolve larger portions of unresolved experiences. Length of sessions and duration of treatment are unique to each individual and their level of need. FSAP (Feeling State Addiction Protocol) FSAP breaks the fixation between feeling and behavior, which is the cause of behavioral and substance addictions—such as smoking, alcohol and drug use, gambling, sex, eating, and compulsive habits. Once this subconscious fixation is broken through specialized EMDR protocols, there are no further cravings or urges that have to be controlled or behaviors that have to be managed. |
Parts Work & Nervous System Regulation

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self. Frequently used as an evidence-based psychotherapy, IFS helps people heal by accessing and processing their protective and wounded inner parts. By helping you first access your core Self, IFS creates inner and outer connectedness, allowing you to come to understand and deeply heal your parts from a place of compassion and curiosity. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT combines cognitive and behavioral therapy, incorporating methodologies from various practices including Eastern mindfulness techniques. Designed to help you navigate intense emotions and build resilience, DBT enhances behavioral capabilities, teaches vital distress tolerance skills, and improves your internal motivation to change. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy (MBSR) It is so easy to get wrapped up in the "I should haves" of the past and the worries of the future, that the present is muddied—causing the littlest hurdle to be overwhelming or the most pleasant experience to be missed. Mindfulness allows individuals to fully experience the present, good or bad, non-judgmentally, one-mindfully, and effectively, allowing you to anchor yourself in the safety of the current moment. |
