Meditation is a point of grounding in the development of one’s spiritual life. Practiced in some form or another in every spiritual and religious tradition, it does not come to us, however, as a “one size fits all” exercise. Join facilitator Kevin Ryan (teacher, yoga instructor, and author of two books concerning prayer, meditation and spiritual living) to practice and explore a variety of traditional meditative paths – no experience necessary!
