Anne Dison, RYT-200
Anne graduated with her 200hr RYT in 2020 with a focus in power Yoga. She loves the possibility that power Yoga can give you both physically and mentally and while that was her first passion she has grown her teaching practice to include a variety of different styles. Anne is a true believer that yoga is for any BODY and hopes she can leave each student feeling empowered and more comfortable in their own skin. Whether it is a power class full of chaturangas and chair poses or a slow flow full of hip openers Anne teaches breathwork and finding the optimal alignment for your body.
As a lifelong lover of learning Anne's passion is to build fun and creative workshops that are accessible. From women's empowerment workshops, holiday themed meditation and Asana classes to getting a deeper understanding of chakras...there is something for everyone to learn and grow.
When she is not out on metro park adventures with her two tiny humans you can find her at home watching Netflix with her husband and two giant rescue pups.
