Katie Audia, RYT-200
Katie believes that the answers to our questions are within us all. Mindfulness-based practices help us to quiet the noise and pressures of society. Katie fell in love with yoga because it combines physical, emotional and spiritual wellness into one. Whether you need to get some movement in the body, ease stress and anxiety or increase self-awareness, yoga has the capacity for growth in all of these areas.
As a mental health trauma therapist, Katie recognizes the connection between mind and body when it comes to healing. Yoga transformed multiple areas of Katie’s life and encouraged her to continue her studies and practice of yoga. A passion developed to create an authentic and compassionate space for others on their own healing journeys to learn mindfulness skills through movement and creative self-expression. Katie completed RYT-200 training through Yoga in Vienna and teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Flow sequences. Katie would love for you to join a class and allow her to help you find and follow your bliss!
